The project is run on a non-profit basis as a generic service project for the participating trade companies and serves the continual improvement of the quality of the fruit & vegetables sold by these companies. The objective is to reduce the use of pesticides to the absolute minimum so that the customer can enjoy unpolluted fruit and vegetables.
